پاور بانک (Power Bank) نوعی شارژر همراه است. پاور بانک دارای باتری داخلی است و با استفاده از باتری انرژی الکتریکی را ذخیره می‌کند. سپس موقع نیاز برای شارژ موبایل، تلفن همراه و تبلت به کار می‌رود. پاور بانک بر اساس میزان توان خروجی میلی آمپر دسته بندی می‌شود. پاور بانک Power Bank در ساختار اصلی از چند باتری لیتیوم یون Li-Ion تشکیل شده است. باتری انرژی را ذخیره می‌کند سپس توسط ماژول پاور بانک میزان شارژ باتری و خروجی آن کنترل می‌شود. انواع مختلف پاور بانک Power Bank بر اساس برند و میزان توانایی ذخیره شارژ بر حسب میلی آمپر و یا امکان شارژ شدن با نور خورشید، پاوربانک خورشیدی که مناسب طبیعت گردها می‌باشد.

Description:
A power bank is a portable charger designed to recharge your electronic gadgets when you’re on the move. Ranging in size from slim, pocket-sized devices up to larger, higher-capacity power banks – they can be used to charge cell phones, tablets, GoPros, portable speakers, cameras and even laptops. The power bank includes a control circuit that both regulates charging of the battery and converts the battery voltage to 5.0 volts for the USB port. Some chargers for cells like the 18650s and 26650 can also serve as a power bank. Although it is generally more cumbersome to carry such a charger with cells rather than a conventional power bank, this arrangement can also charge cells for other uses, and swap cells that are dead. It also has the advantage that, when the cells are dead, they can be swapped for fresh cells for immediate use rather than having to be recharged first.
Power banks come in many different shapes and sizes to suit different budgets and power needs. There are portable chargers for just about every device. Most people use power banks for their cell phones, tablets, and laptops.
There are two main technologies that are used:
Lithium-ion: Lithium-ion offers a high power density, and does not exhibit what’s called the memory effect (when batteries become harder to charge over time). Lithium-ion batteries are significantly lower in cost.
Lithium polymer: Lithium-polymer batteries are generally more robust and flexible, especially when it comes to the size and shape of their build and they tend to last longer. They are also lightweight, they have a low profile, and have a lower chance of suffering from electrolyte leakage.
