این برد یک ماژول الکترونیکی برای شارژ باتری های لیتیومی می باشد که دارای یک پورت میکرو USB برای شارژ باتری های گوشی موبایل می باشد.
تراشه TP4056 به کار گرفته شده در این ماژول یک مدار ساده و دقیق است که به منظور محافظت از برد، کاهش خودکار جریان و جلوگیری از سوختگی و آسیب به تراشه استفاده شده است.
ورودی این ماژول، 4.5 تا 5.5 ولت با جریان حداکثر 1 آمپر است.
این ماژول دارای دو نشانگر LED است که برای نمایش وضعیت باتری، محافظت از شارژ و دشارژ باتری بکار می رود.

نکته:
آمپرمتر را میتوان تنها به ورودی 5ولت متصل کرد.
بهتر است که جریان شارژ باتری به اندازه 37 درصد ظرفیت باتری باشد. (اگر یک باتری 1000 میلی آمپر بر ساعت باید شارژ شود، جریان 400 میلی آمپر کافی می باشد)
سیم اتصالات نباید بیش از اندازه ضخیم باشد.
از صحت نقاط اتصال، اطمینان حاصل کنید.
اگر ولتاژ ورودی بالا باشد مثلا 5.2 ولت، حالت نرمال جریان باید کمتر از 1000 میلی آمپر باشد.
(رعایت این مساله باعث حفاظت از مدار می گردد و از سوختن مدار جلوگیری می کند.)

ساختار:
پورت میکرو USB به شارژر گوشی وصل گردد.
قطب های باتری لیتیوم یون به مثبت و منفی B وصل شود.
در حالتی که مصرف کننده هایی مانند لامپ، اسباب بازی، موبایل و ... قرار است به ماژول وصل شود، میبایست از OUT + و OUT- استفاده کرد تا در مقابل جریان بالا محافظت گردد.

Description:
The TP4056 is a complete constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger for
single-cell lithium-ion batteries. Its SOP package and low external component count make the TP4056 ideally suited for portable applications. Furthermore, the TP4056 can work within USB and wall adapter.
No blocking diode is required due to the internal PMOSFET architectures and has prevented to negative Charge Current Circuit.
Thermal feedback regulates the charge current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature.
The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be programmed externally with a single resistor. The TP4056 automatically terminates the charge cycle when the charge current drops to 1/10th the programmed value after the final float voltage is reached.

NOTE:
1. Ampere meter can only be connected to the 5V input end of the module.
2. It is better than the charging current is 37% of the battery capacity. If you charge to the battery of 1000mAh, current of 400 is enough.
3. The connection wire should not be too thick.
4. Make sure the connect point is good.
5. If the input voltage is too high, like 5.2V, the current will be less than 1000mA, it is normal. It is a protection function, auto-Subtract the charging current to avoid burn damage to the chip.
6. NO Reversal Polarity.
Instruction:
1. Micro USB is connected to the phone charger
2. Li-Ion battery pole is connected to B + and B-
3. Electrical loads such as lights, toys, mobile phones, etc., connected to the OUT + and out-, so that overcurrent protection and over-discharge function. When bypassed directly to B + and B- The protection function will not work and could potentially damage the Li-Ion battery.
